Bedroom overlooks the courtyard and you have access to the oversized patio from the bedroom as well.
As a family-operated rental, we personally manage the property, ensuring you receive attentive, personalized service throughout your stay.

We had a great stay. Only a few thing's we would have changed but lists the positives first! 1.The bed was comfy, nog broke down, and actually king size. (Alot of times its listed as one but really isnt)2. Location of the room is great! Especially if you have small kids or a disability. 3. Super friendly owner/management im not sure which 4. We actually couldnt find a missing bracelet the night before check-out. I found it the next day when i got home and was unpacking and reached out and they let me mail it back instead of just charging me for a new one. Which i really appreciated it! Because i can only imagine the price difference. Now the few things Id like to have different. 1. Paying extra for 5th and 6th guest. Ive never had to do that in all my years booking here or with vrbo.2. Beach service. I've stayed at waterscape for going on 4yrs, sometimes twice a year and this is the first time beach service wasnt included. There were 2 chairs included in the closest but 1 was broke. Which if whoever broke it didnt imform them they wouldn't know! So not on the renters. 3. Last thing, the only spatula in the room was for the grill. I had to flip eggs with 2 forks i made it work but wasnt easy. And 6 spoons and forks. I ended up going and buying plastic ones bc washing them multiple times a day got a bit annoying fast. Overall I'd rent again.

We had a fantastic experience staying at this condo in Waterscape! The unit was spotless upon arrival – everything from the kitchen counters to the bathroom floors was perfectly clean and well-maintained. You can tell the owners take pride in keeping the space welcoming and guest-ready.The condo was not only clean but also comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed for an stress-free stay. Beds were cozy, towels and linens were fresh, and the kitchen had all needed essentials. The layout worked great for our family, and the balcony we really enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool and beach access. Waterscape itself is a beautiful resort – the pools, lazy river, and beach access made it easy to enjoy our time without ever needing to leave the property. The location in Fort Walton is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and attractions.We would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, well-kept place to stay on the Emerald Coast. Looking forward to coming back again!
