Bedroom overlooks the courtyard and you have access to the oversized patio from the bedroom as well.

We had an amazing stay! We have stayed at this property before but the first with this host. Tufan had nearly everything we could think of and the one thing we recommended adding he reimbursed us for the purchase! (A drying rack was the best thing to put our swimsuits and towels on after a day at the pool/beach) we prefer staying in FWB vs Destin and will continue to visit Waterscape in the future. We got to town early and were allowed early check in which was a pleasant surprise. Tufan checked in ensure we had everything we needed and told us how to reach out if necessary. Everything was very accessible and clean. The water is usually not very great to taste but clearly Tufan changes water filters regularly because the water and ice tasted fine. Thanks again for a magnificent stay!

Guide for check in and information received prior to check in were very detailed and helpful when we arrived. Parking was very convenient and access to the condo was easy. The condo was very clean and we were provided everything needed for a 2 night stay. The property had everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the beach, and options for different pools. Chair and umbrella rental on property’s beach made it easy to enjoy the beach for the stay. Host was very easy to communicate with before and during stay. Thank you! We will be back!

We had a great time staying here. While I understand early check in isn’t typically available- I’d love for the bracelets to be left at the front desk to get upon arrival to enjoy the pool area. Several friends booked other condos and they were able to access their bracelets before check in. I’d recommend if you shop or door dash to plan for a LONG wait- I used Publix delivery and it cancelled the night before and was about an hour delay the next morning due to traffic. Door dash took over an hour as well- not the condo fault but just to be mindful. The rooms were bigger than we anticipated- perfect location for our small kids to pool area. We walked everywhere for dinner and to our competition at the convention center next door. I actually liked that the complex required a bracelet to get in and out of gates so I didn’t have to worry about my kids running off. We are already planning to return to this complex for another vacation one day!
