On the main level, you will find an open floor plan that seamlessly combines the kitchen and living and dining areas. The kitchen features stainless appliances, granite countertops, a Keurig coffee maker, and an ice machine along with a beautiful island that seats four and opens to the dining and living areas. The neighborhood is safe and the beach is quiet. It’s right next to a protected park that’s nice to walk in. The house itself fit our group perfectly and is pretty well appointed. We would have liked to grill burgers for dinner one night - but there’s no gas grill. Note to the property manager - a couple light bulbs in the master bath were burned out, but otherwise, everything at the house was great. I’d book Dad’s Got It again.

Overall nice place private beach access a plus. Lots of room. Master bedroom and bathroom was amazing. Pool could have been cleaner. Visited right after Helene so lots of sea life and biting flies.

Home is beautify, large and well layed out. It is something most of us could only dream about owning.
Plusses - Gated community, short walk to beach and pool, decks and room sizes. Pretty well stocked and was very clean. Beds were comfortable and plenty of storage spaces.
Negatives - Refrigerator was out and temp. was placed in garage that was a major inconvenience. Other issues were not addressed by Vacasa, although reported at check in were fan / light remote was missing and would not work, garden tub would not hold water due to drain. Nothing major, just should be addressed.
Another thing to consider, outside of the homeowners control, is that homes are being built around the community. You will hear guns, saws, loud music, etc. during the entire day. Again, not to be taken as a negative about this home, just something to be prepared for.
I would recommend this home as overall the stay was plesant and the home is amazing.
