Dancing Seahorse, managed by MK Properties, is a beautiful 7 bedroom beach vacation home that truly offers a "home away from home" experience. Dancing Seahorse features 2 master bedrooms with en-suite baths, 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bunk rooms, which comfortably sleeps 18 guest. Additionally, Dancing Seahorse offers plenty of indoor and outdoor lounging space.
Dancing Seahorse is fully equipped with everything you need, including a gourmet chefs' kitchen, 5 huge balconies, comfortable beds & pillows, office space (in master), coffee bar, wine bar, cozy living areas, indoor dinning table for 8, outdoor dinning for 8, kitchen bar for 3, soaring ceilings, in-ground private heated pool, game room, many TV's, 2 garages and much more. Soak up the sun with the outdoor seating and chaise lounges near the pool or read a great book in the shade under one of our many balconies. Our game room includes ping pong, Janga and Corn Hole, in addition to a sofa and chairs that seats 7 and a dining table that seat 6 to either watch the fun or the 65" Roku TV. We also offer a charcoal grill , propane grill and outdoor shower. There is fun for all with family board games, cards and outdoor games.
Dancing Seahorse is located in Laguna Key, a gated, ultra-luxury community situated at the end of Gulf Shores’ West beach. At Dancing Seahorse guests will enjoy deeded beach access via a private boardwalk with seating and a covered pavilion. From here, guests can relax on the most secluded area of West beach, away from the crowds and noise with nothing but the sound of the waves! In the center of the neighborhood, a second huge community pool offers a refreshing way to spend an afternoon. With a fountain, plenty of chairs for lounging or having lunch, and restrooms, the pool area offers everything needed for a wonderful swim! Laguna key also offers tennis and basketball courts and a two-story observation deck from which to enjoy the view!

About the Space:
The main floor has two bedrooms; one is the master with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed with an ensuite. This floor also includes a half bathroom.
The second floor has 5 bedrooms. 3 of them have King beds, one has full bunks with 4 beds and one has twin bunks with 4 beds; this floor includes two Jack & Jill bathrooms.

Pool Heating
The pool can be heated (weather permitting) for the months of March, April, September and October for an additional nightly fee. Please inquire for more specific details and the amount.
Security
There is a Ring Doorbell on the property for security purposes only.
Pets
A max of two dogs, no more than 25 lbs are allowed; however, only with pre-approval. (Pet fee required)
Legal Agreement & Security Deposit
A signed legal agreement is required to be signed 48 hours after the booking. A $500 security deposit is required to be held on your credit card.
General notes, rules and regulations:
A maximum of 18 guest are allowed in the home at any given time. Only those staying in the home are allowed on the premisses or in the neighborhood. This is strictly enforced.
We provide a "starter supply" of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, dish detergent, etc. This should be enough for your first day, but please plan to bring or purchase the filling items: Paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, toiletries, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your glorious vacation.
Parking on the street is not permitted by local ordinance. Please park in the driveway only (no more than 4 cars in the driveway and 1 in each garage). Please stay off the dunes and only access the beach through the boardwalk and remove all personal items from the Gulf each day. Lastly, please do not lay towels, clothes, etc. on the balcony railings and all toys and flotation devices should be picked up daily.
We require that an adult 21 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 21, no exceptions. Noncompliance with this rule will lead to immediate eviction without a refund.

Our stay at Dancing Seahorse was enjoyable. The house was clean and well cared for. There was plenty of space for the 15 of us. The kids liked the downstairs game area and the bunk rooms. The kitchen was probably the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had in a rental. We brought many things from home, but found that this kitchen already had many of those things. The proximity of this house to the beach was one of the main reasons we chose this house. It was a very easy walk to the boardwalk and another short walk to the beach itself. We didn't get to enjoy the pool much due to the weather. The kids got in once, but didn't stay in long. There is an option to have it heated, but we did not request that. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the Dancing Seahorse property! The home was beautiful, spacious and clean. It worked great for our family of 15! Our host was immediately responsive to all contact before and during our stay. The private pool was awesome and there were plenty of pool accessories. There was also a community pool right there. Our teens really enjoyed the basketball/tennis courts. The beautiful white sand beach with private access was about 1-1/2 blocks from our house...very easy distance. Definitely recommend Dancing Seahorse and our host Mackenzie!

Wonderful location very close to the beach with a private pool away from the crowds.Beautiful view of the Lagoon side of the property, but only a peekaboo view of the ocean. The property was very clean, had a wonderful saltwater pool, plenty of space inside and outside for our large crowd of 10 to 11 people. The gated community provided a boardwalk to the lagoon and access to other recreational opportunities. Fully equipped, even lots of recreational equipment, such as cornhole, jigsaw puzzles, pool, inflatables, and lots of kitchen equipment..

The house and pool were exactly as advertised, and were gorgeous and spacious! We were there with a group of adult friends and it was the perfect space for us. Would love to visit here again!
