Close enough to beach that we didn’t need carts. Private beach was great. Proximity to stores was also very close.

We had a good time and the location is great! Downturn is the bedrooms had carpet…. Dingy, dirty carpet… master shower had drain mechanism broken and laying in the tub exposing a rusty hole.. the caulking work looked like it was done by a 5 year old.. Beach chairs, we were guaranteed (2) per unit… other units were reserving more chairs than what was available leaving paying units without…
