I love the location of Emerald Surf; it's a smaller, older building away from the high rise condos and less crowded. Parking is simple and stress free. The condo was as described and clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that need to be fixed but didn't have an impact on our stay. We stopped by the rental office to pick up our parking passes, but they weren't there; instead, we found them tucked in the condo door. No big deal. Also, pool bands were located inside the unit. This owner also had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other accessories in the closet, which was nice. The rental company was very responsive to questions, which I really appreciated. I would recommend.

I've stayed here before in a different unit and loved it. The units have a great layout and I like the area. Some rentals have a long list of demands upon leaving which I don't care for at all. This is much more like hotel in the departure process. Great place and I had no issues. Thanks

We had a great stay in Navarre. We loved the location of Emerald Surf. The condo was clean and had all amenities we needed.
The condo could stand an update, the smaller bedroom needs either a ceiling fan or a portable fan as it gets warm.
Toilets need to be looked at, they seem to run constantly. Please fix the gate going from the condos to the pool, the latch was not working and is a safety hazard.
The condo instruction book should be updated, there is no longer a trash shoot, so we had to search for the dumpster out by the road, and arm bands are no longer needed for the pool.
We will stay at Emerald Surf again, the beach is not as crowded as at the high rise condos.
