Beachview Condominiums Rules & Regulations
1) PARKING:
• All vehicles must display a Parking pass in the front windshield. (available from your rental agency).
• Guests must park in spaces designated for their unit or spaces marked BV (overflow parking).
• One parking space per vehicle. Do not park over the walkway.
• Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at owner’s expense.
• No RVs , boat trailers, utility trailers or trailers of any kind shall be parked anywhere on the Beachview property.
2) POOL:
• Hours are 8:00AM to 10:00PM. Everyone must follow posted pool rules.
• Absolutely NO GLASS or allowed in the pool area.
• There is NO lifeguard on duty SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK.
• No food or drink within 4 ft. of the pool edge.
• Shower before entry.
• Children under 12 MUST be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• DO NOT hang on or attempt to unhook the pool rope (state law).
• DO NOT play or swing on the pool handrail or ladder; do not hang or drape items on the pool railing.
• Only water wings, 2 foot or smaller circular float, or noodles are allowed in the pool. No floats or boogie boards allowed.
3) BALCONIES & PATIOS:
• No items shall be hung or draped over balcony railings or makeshift clothes lines.
• Sweeping, shaking, throwing, or pouring any item from the balcony is prohibited.
• Overnight sleeping on balconies is prohibited.
4) COMMON AREAS (parking lot, tennis court, pool, walkways, hallways, & grass areas):
• NO loud play, shouting, roughhousing, or general nuisance activity is allowed in any of these areas.
• DO NOT store items in common areas, including under the stairs in the hallways or in the front yard.
• Bicycles must be stored in bike racks located at the SE & SW corner of the parking lot.
5) GRILLING:
• Common grilling stations are located on the property for use by all guests.
• Grilling on balconies or patios is allowed for electric grills ONLY (gas & charcoal grills are prohibited by state law).
• Any “flame emitting” grill must be used at least 10 ft. away from any structure.
6) PETS:
• All pets MUST be on a leash at all times when outside.
• The designated pet area is near the entry sign with a waste bag station available for use.
• Pet owners are responsible for the removal & disposal of all pet waste.
• Pets are NOT allowed on the tennis courts or in the pools area. Pets are NOT allowed on the beach (county law).
• A designated pet beach is approximately 7 miles west of here.
7) TRASH:
• All trash must be bagged & securely tied before being deposited into the dumpster.
• NO furniture, appliances, bedding, or any other construction debris shall be deposited into any dumpster by guests or owners (illegal dumping violators will be prosecuted).
8) NOISE:
• Quiet time is 10:00PM until 8:00AM.
• Loud, disturbing noises or activities will not be tolerated.
• Noncompliance will result in calls to local law enforcement officials & actions will be taken to remove the offending parties.

9) DISALLOWED ACTIVITY:
• Skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. are NOT allowed to be used anywhere on the property (including the parking lot).
• The tennis court is to be used for court activities only & children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
