I love the location of Emerald Surf; it's a smaller, older building away from the high rise condos and less crowded. Parking is simple and stress free. The condo was as described and clean. There were a couple of minor maintenance things that need to be fixed but didn't have an impact on our stay. We stopped by the rental office to pick up our parking passes, but they weren't there; instead, we found them tucked in the condo door. No big deal. Also, pool bands were located inside the unit. This owner also had beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys and other accessories in the closet, which was nice. The rental company was very responsive to questions, which I really appreciated. I would recommend.

I've stayed here before in a different unit and loved it. The units have a great layout and I like the area. Some rentals have a long list of demands upon leaving which I don't care for at all. This is much more like hotel in the departure process. Great place and I had no issues. Thanks

Do not rent from this management company! Avari manages the property and we had lots of issues with them. I spent hours of my vacation, trying to get a help from them to no avail. The majority of the issues are revolved around the keypad and lock on the house. First of all, The management company did not send us the check-in code on time and after contacting them it took multiple different codes for us to get in. When leaving the condo the lock did not work from the outside so our stuff and the condo remained open for anybody to walk in and the management company did not care. Also there is no deadbolt so anyone with a code can access the condo while you’re in it. I had to contact them because one of the two toilets was not working during our stay and they never attempted to fix it or make it right. The actual condo is clean and nice as described but because of the safety issues that the lock presents, I would definitely not rent here again.
