CASA NURRU is a country house with 2 bedrooms, a garden, and a rooftop terrace that can accommodate up to 4 people. It is located on a large lot, approximately 850 meters from Marina di Orosei Beach and 1.5 kilometers from the historic center of Orosei. The property is completely fenced in and, despite its central location, offers plenty of privacy as it is partially surrounded by basalt walls.
The house is ideal for families, couples, and guests who enjoy exploring on foot. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable vacation home with a relaxed atmosphere and harmonious colors. The panoramic window in the living area offers a beautiful view of the garden. All the furniture and the built-in kitchen were custom-made by Sardinian artisans. Both bedrooms feature a closet and comfortable beds. Great care was taken to ensure high-quality furnishings at CASA NURRU. From the small rooftop terrace, you can enjoy the view of the local mountain, Monte Tuttavista.
CASA NURRU’s location between Orosei and Marina di Orosei Beach is ideal for day trips. However, it can get very hot in August, so it’s recommended to use a car or bicycle. For added comfort, both bedrooms and the kitchen-living area are equipped with air conditioning and heating. Bicycles can be rented on-site for 35 euros per bike per stay. A fiberglass pool (7.00 x 3.00 x 1.50) and parking spaces directly on the property round out the amenities.
