L'emplacement,la superficie ,la propreté,la terrasse ,le fait qu'il y ait plusieurs douches .
Manque de vaisselle et d'équipement de cuisine et pas de base ex :sel Machine à café HS Des réparations sont necessaires ex: chauffe eau qui fuit,porte des dressings qui ne coulissent pas...

große Wohnung, gute Lage, schöne Stadt, Traumstrand
Raffael war eher unfreundlich, trotz übergebenen Code für das Parkplatztor und ausreichend freier Parkplätze mussten wir außerhalb auf der Straße parken, die Gasflasche war am dritten Tag leer, nach vielen Hin und Her-Schreiben endlich Besuch vom Handwerker, er traf nur unseren Sohn an prüfte und sagte, die Flasche ist nicht leer und wenn doch steht die neue auf der Terrasse, dann keine Reaktion mehr auf unsere Nachfragen, wir haben uns dann eine Campingkochplatte gekauft um wenigstens Kaffee und Eier zu kochen - schade, trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen

Posizione buona due bagni e tre docce disponibili nell'appartamento. Ottimo per famiglie. Patio comodissimo per colazione e pranzo all'aperto.
