. Appartement grand et confortable dans une charmante maison.
. Installations modernes.
. Très bien équipé. (climatisation, WiFi, mobilier, espaces de rangement, etc...).
. Tout est très propre et bien entretenu.
. La propriétaire, Andreina, est très accessible et met tout en oeuvre pour que ses hôtes se sentent bien. Elle est très arrangeante et aide volontiers en cas de besoin. Nous avons même eu la chance de recevoir un panier de fruits frais de son verger (figues et poires), un régal!
. La cuisine est est vraiment bien agencée. Nous avons apprécié la "cafetière italienne" (avec le café), la glacière et les blocs de congélation que nous emportions à la plage, la cuisinière à gaz et tous les ustensiles.
. Terrasse couverte devant la sortie du garage.
. Petite douche extérieure au bâtiment (eau tiède).
. Places de parc gratuites sur la place devant la maison.
. Le quartier est calme et se situe à 2 min en voiture du petit magasin le plus proche.
. L'appartement est "encastré" en semi sous-sol. Quelques petites fenêtres en hauteur, pas très facilement accessibles. La luminosité est faible; aucune réelle vue sur l'extérieur depuis l'appartement.
. Mauvaise isolation phonique. Nous entendions absolument tous les sons des locataires du dessus.

Es un apartamento espacioso, con todas las comodidades para poder disfrutar de la estancia en Orosei. El hecho de que tuviese cocina e incluso hasta lavadora nos permitió lavar la ropa después de una excursión a la playa y funcionar de manera muy autónoma con las comidas, un alojamiento mejor pensado que un hotel para este tipo de vacaciones.

The owners are very kind and helpful. We got some delicious fruit from their garden. Breakfast and drinks provided, which was very nice. Washing machine and private parking available.
The accommodation is souterrain. The dog next door was a bit scary, we always hoped he won't jump over the wall and stopped barking several times at night.
