Welcome to our Country House in the heart of the Périgord Noir, located between Les Eyzies, an international prehistoric centre, and Sarlat la Canéda and its Valley of Castles.
The house is located in Saint Cyprien, an authentic village in the Dordogne valley.
This peaceful place offers a private swimming pool of 12m x 3m, a dining room open to a fully equipped professional kitchen and the large living room with a billiard table and a table football.
The accommodations are composed as follows:
On the first floor 4 bedrooms, 1 of which is a master bedroom with shower room and 2 independent shower rooms, one of which has a toilet and two separate toilets.
upstairs, 5 bedrooms all with shower and sink, and two separate toilets.
In total:
3 cots of 120x60cm
5 single beds of 90
7 double beds of 140
1 double bed of 160
the swimming pool is not open all year round, ask for the availability of the swimming pool before confirming your stay.
a deposit of 1000€ per uncashed cheque, is required on the day of your arrival and is returned the week after your departure.
Pets are not allowed.
Bed linen can be provided extra on request and towels as well, sheets 15€ per bed, with towels 20€.
