About this house rental
15 km from Périgueux at the gateway to the valley of the first men in the white perigord, we rent a large family house of 500m² in an old building renovated in 2020 with top-of-the-range comfort.
Outside, you will enjoy the multi-sports field (badminton, volleyball, etc.), the Ping Pong table but also the wellness area with the 10x5 heated swimming pool, the sauna, the Jacuzzi, the garden furniture...
The very large kitchen (35m²) perfectly equipped welcomes large families who like to cook, with a dining room table for 16 people.
The living space is completed by a double living room of approximately 80m² with fireplace and billiards.
On the first floor, 6 double bedrooms with bed 180. Each room has its bathroom and toilet (2 with bath AND walk-in shower, 4 with walk-in shower). One of these rooms is adapted for people with reduced mobility.
Upstairs:
- On one side are two dormitories, two shower rooms and their toilets, a third toilet and a cosy TV area.
- on the other side a seventh chamber.
The house is perfectly equipped and heated, very bright and pleasant to live in all seasons. It is close to all shops and amenities and is an ideal starting point for many cultural activities (Lascaux at 43 km, Tourtoirac cave at 15km, Les Eyzies at 49 km, Chateau de Hautefort at 27 km, etc.).
Rentals are made by the week, with the possible exception of weekend breaks.
