Perfect for a family and very cosy

Me with my husband and 2 kids we stayed for a week !we liked it a lot ! It was very comfy renovated with nice decorations a big balcony with amazing view in the mountains kitchen very well equipped and a big underground garage ! It has also a pizzeria a supermarket and mc Donald very very close ! The breakfast was good and the staff was very kind ! I would recommend it

Conveniently located hotel for Megeve

Good location, good to have separate bedroom, free parking

The bedroom was so small it was very claustrophobic when the doors were closed. Late check-in, no luggage room.

Breakfast was a good buffet, The location was excellent, very close to the town centre, supermarket and pizzeria. Contrary to other reviews, Our room was only recently refurbished very well equipped with everything brand new.

location was as expected and the back road to the ski lift is much quicker.

Breakfast was a buffet style with freshly cooked eggs to order. Everything was fresh and delivered daily. ski locker was just about adequate for two skiiers. Fold away bed made the room spacious for times when not going to bed. Supermarket nearby and Pizza place were ideal for us on a budget.

lighting in the hallway to the rooms could be automated or fit a timer switch nearer the reception door.

Just good for a quick sleep

Breakfast was good but we were blamed that we had not booked it before. It would have been nice to be told when we checked in that we had to book the breakfast.

The "receptionist" was not welcoming at all. The bedroom did not have a real window but just a window overlooking the living room.

No soap, shampoo, or conditioner. The hotel had none for us to use and we had to buy our own. I felt like it should be included especially for the area that we were in. Megeve is a classy and expensive town.

FAR BELOW EXPECTATIONS

the room was recently renovated. location is good parking was offered

the hotel has NO service at all. we never saw anybody at the reception desk. NOBODY NEVER clean our room! we stayed with the same towels, and the one and only bath mat for the whole week! room was not cleaned properly. sofa bed very uncomfortable wifi was TRAGIC unpleasant odor was coming from the restaurant we would never visit this hotel again. please consider this review before you book. dear hosts, for God shake, you know that February is your peak period, why don’t you hire some extra staff during that period? why you don’t care for your customers? why you don’t clean the rooms? maybe because you have a non refund policy, and you are sure you have taken your money. But this is not fair for us. And one day you will be spending your winter with empty rooms.

We liked the location, walking distance to the village and the hotel dog was a real hit with my sons :)

Room provided for family very small. Bad shower. Extractor above cooker hob not functional. WiFi not great.

The room ("studio") had a decent balcony with a pleasant view, and there was a supermarket, boulangerie and café within walking distance.

My room faced onto the main road which was pretty noisy. It was good to have a fridge but the door didn't close so things didn't keep very cool.
