Wow, this was so bad I don't know where to start?? (We were the only tenants among the approximately 15 apartments in the entire building. We arrived a little after the beginning of April.) I will respond according to topics: 1. The check-in: *Getting to the place - simply horrible, the drive up the mountain for about 4 km from the main road, with abnormal turns... In short, the location is so bad that it's a shame I didn't add a little more money and we wouldn't have come here. *No one met us because we arrived at about 19:30 (about half an hour after the counter probably closed) I didn't get any message from the host how to make my own chin-in and I wrote them a note that we are arriving at a late hour. I had to call them (luckily I had a callable line to a local French phone). After they answered me, the code was sent to the room's key locker. It's a shame it could have been sent to me ahead of time and not let me get into trouble. 2. The facilities in the room: * They left all the dishes in the dishwasher for us, it has never happened to me that I have to empty a dishwasher when I arrive at the apartment. * There is no hand soap / shampoo in the apartment. *The floor was so cold that even the tiny heater didn't work. The whole apartment was just frozen. 3. Linens / towels *I wrote that there were 4 of us, and when we arrived, I saw that we only received 2 towels for the shower and 2 hand towels. (The children are small.. it makes sense that they would wipe themselves with a hand towel - right??) Pillows - were so small and uncomfortable. Bedding - for everyone, just not for the baby bed... (thank you for not forgetting to put the baby bed outside the apartment for me, I enjoyed putting it together after the long drive to the apartment). I do not recommend anyone to come here!!!

It is very compact, they make the most of all the space. Very beautiful views with a great balcony.

You can hear other guests on other floors and walls are paper thin in the apartment so bring ear plugs. The pillows are hideous so bring your own.

Only very minor things missing - would have been good to have a teatowel, and a shower curtain - but otherwise super well-equipped!

Stunning view of the mountains. Clean, well equipped , excellent location, perfect space for a family of 5. We will definitely be back in the future.

Could have a shower curtain and an insect net to be perfect but still worth 10.

The view to the Mont Blanc mountain chain is amazing! It's very peaceful & quiet. The terrace is big. Kitchen is small but has all the basic things. Beds were comfortable.

The road to arrive to the hotel is a winding road not very wide. There are no convenience stores near by you hadn't to drive to the town

Easy to find, beautiful location, warm and cozy.

Smells a bit in the corridors, there was no hairdryer and shampoo was bad quality.

The staff are excellent and Warren at reception was super friendly

We stayed for a night before starting a several day treck. It was perfectly adapted. Very quiet. Beautiful view. Nice staff. Well arranged appartment, impeccably clean bathroom.

The kids part of the family room (with three single beds) was really low ceiling. There was no breakfast served because of the sanitary constraints: simplistic solution, but we were informed beforehand.

Apartament was amazing with a view to a Mont Blanc. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We were travelling with 3 children so our priority was calm and clean place. 10 points of 10. We found everything we need during our stay. Best recommendations for travellers!
