Walking - The property is well located with many amenities within walking distance including Northampton Train Station and Town Centre.
Car - The M1, A14 and A43 are a just a short drive away and provide access to neighbouring towns and cities. There are lots of amenities within driving distance including Northampton General Hospital, Franklin’s Gardens and the University of Northampton
Taxi - We recommend using Uber or Skyline taxis.

* A fully refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. This is held on your card in the same way hotels process a deposit at check-in. The hold is renewed every 5 days (as it cannot remain active for longer), and while some banks display this as a transaction and others as a pending hold, please note it will not be charged unless there is a breach of our terms and conditions.
Alternatively, guests may choose a non-refundable damage waiver instead of the security deposit. The waiver provides coverage of up to £300 for accidental damage during your stay. Please note that it does not cover intentional damage, unauthorised activities (such as smoking or parties), excessive cleaning, pet-related damage, or loss/theft of property.
* All guests will be required to complete our reservation form which includes our booking terms and conditions and provision of a copy of ID prior to check-in.
* Please message us if you require a late check out. This can be organised at an extra cost.
ADDITIONAL CLEANING POLICY:
To ensure we maintain the property's high standards and maximise guest experience, we require mid-stay cleaning and linen changeovers for long-term bookings (14+ nights stay) at an additional cost. Please enquire if you would like additional discounts when booking long-term accommodation with Renzo.
