Nightmare.DO NOT. Book this place

Leaving the property, that what I liked DO NOT STAY Here. Unsafe property. Rudest booking agent in UK. She takes your data on her own ZoHo software, who know what she does with it.

Unsafe. We have person banging on window and outside door at 1 am. Scared by son. Told booking agent she said “not my problem, we have cameras “. In fact only one camera and person got around the back of property. Also we got NO sleep. And list goes on. TV did not work. Wifi did not work until we told them. . 1 bath towel but we booked for 2 Adults. No shower curtain, so bathroom was water everywhere. Aircon was a Fan. Despite advertising AC. Upon arrival key locked box was open and NO key. I have travelled the world 100s of places and bookings and this was a horrible experience from start to finish

Our original property was “unavailable” on the day we arrived. We were moved to an alternate property. It was an incredibly poor alternative that felt like student Accomodation where the students had moved out for summer and offered their property to a letting agency. The rooms were so small we couldn’t move around. The bed was too small for two people to share. The “en-suite” toilet was so small that to use the toilet one had to stand in the shower. The price was astronomical and the facilities were beyond substandard.

I liked that The house is clean and tidy and that you had a communal area a teaching to cooking a garden that was lovely. You could do with having a few more spoons and nice and forks but I’ve blocked my own so that’s not a problem and if you didn’t wanna sit in your room, we could sit downstairs and watch telly. The staff there are just amazing and even the people that come and go I just lovely.
