Designed for gathering and relaxing, the home features six comfortable bedrooms, including a separate guest house suite with its own bathroom and mini-kitchen—perfect for grandparents, extended family, or guests who appreciate a little extra privacy. In total, the property offers 5 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, making it ideal for larger groups.

Other items to note -

There is room to park up to 5 vehicles in the driveway.

If you would like to bring a boat along, please keep in mind that your boat will need to pass underneath a low-lying bridge, as the home is located on Banks Channel between both bridges. T-Top style boats are not recommended.

We supply bed linens and a set of bath towels for each guest - a bath towel, a hand towel, and a washcloth.

We also provide enough hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher & laundry pods, toilet paper, paper towels, & trash bags to get you started upon arrival. However, if you are staying longer than a few nights, please plan to supplement with your own supplies based on your personal needs.

In the kitchen you will find both a standard drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. Please be sure to remember to pack your favorite coffee!
