Situated on Wrightsville Beach’s more low-key Beach Access 10, Luxe Blue is steps away from the beach and within easy walking distance to the shops, restaurants and nightlife of town. Also a surfer’s paradise, this area is known for its wonderful morning/evening surf break. Just outside the villa, Indo Jax Surf Camp offers group and private lessons weekly in the summer.
Luxe Blue’s layout is centered around comfort and smart design.
The top level features a gourmet kitchen equipped with a 6-burner gas range, 10 ft island and beverage bar. The open-concept great room with vaulted 13 ft ceilings flows to the spacious oceanfront deck for dining and lounging areas in the sun or shade. A primary suite with a spa-like bathroom complete this level.
Four additional bedrooms are on the 2nd floor include an oceanfront primary suite with private covered deck and hot tub; a kid-friendly bunk room and two additional bedrooms: one with a queen bed and private bath; the other with two double beds and a private bathroom with a tub. The 2nd floor also features a full-sized laundry room and a spacious TV room.
The ground floor of the property is the unexpected sweet surprise. The large rec space has been designed to create a fun hang out area. Equipped with ping pong, dart board, foosball and a large screen TV, the semi-open air space is an inviting, comfortable place to relax after a day on the beach.

In the home you will find - paper towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries in each bathroom, dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, 10 coffee pods, and a few laundry pods. Please bring along anything additional you may need for your stay.

House was immaculate and very well appointed. Host was the best we have ever experienced...responded in minutes and very knowledgeable. Only a few very minor issues but the host personally attended to them. Location couldn't be better....spectacular views and conveniently located. We will rent again for sure.

Absolutely phenomenal! Our stay at this oceanfront beach duplex was nothing short of perfection. From the moment we arrived, we were swept away by the breathtaking views, the salty ocean breeze, and the relaxing rhythm of the waves just steps from our door. The duplex itself is impeccably maintained — clean, modern, and full of thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The location couldn’t be better — direct beach access meant we were on the sand within seconds, and the property provided all the beach essentials: chairs, beach towels, and even a little outdoor shower to rinse off after a swim. It was the perfect balance of luxury and comfort. We’re already counting down the days until our next visit!
