Outside: wraparound porches on both floors with unobstructed views of the Atlantic to the east and Banks Channel to the west. Sunrise over the ocean in the morning. Sunset over the sound in the evening.
Direct soundside access is steps from the property for paddleboarding, fishing, watching the boats come through Banks Channel. The ocean beach is a short walk across the back lawn.
