Cocoonr Dinard is offering this charming, bright, fully-renovated 74 m² flat for rent, which can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the third floor (no lift), the flat comprises a beautiful 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room and separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
N.b: Construction work is under way in a neighbouring building. Noise pollution may occur during construction hours on weekdays.
The accommodation is as follows:
- A 30 m² living room with sitting area tv sofa bed (with real mattress 160x190cm) and a dining area that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living area faces east and opens onto a balcony with table and chairs, ideal for enjoying the morning sun and the small sea view. The windows are fitted with wooden shutters and blackout curtains for the night.
- A fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso pod coffee maker, kettle, combined fridge-freezer (3 drawers), four-burner gas hob, dishwasher, conventional oven and microwave oven).
- One bedroom with Queen-size double bed (160x200cm) with dressing area, manual roller shutter.
- Bathroom with walk-in shower.

- The accommodation is located right in the centre of Dinard, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
- Ker Marlyne is 300 m from Dinard marina and less than 10 minutes' walk from the Ecluse and Prieuré beaches.
- The fabulous Dinard market, which takes place every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, is just an 8-minute walk away.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, the flat does not have private parking. The underground car park in the centre - rue maréchal Leclerc (130 metres from the flat) - offers parking packages.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Saint-Malo train station: 20 minutes by car
- Rennes airport: 1 hour by car.
