Just a stone's throw from the centre of Dinard and in immediate proximity to the beaches, this charming apartment of 21 m² is ideal for a stay for 2 people. Fully equipped and perfectly located, it will allow you to fully enjoy the Emerald Coast in a pleasant and practical setting.
Outside, you will enjoy a small terrace of 5 m², perfect for enjoying a coffee in the sun or relaxing after a day by the seaside.
Inside, from the entrance, you will discover a functional kitchen/dining area with a table that can accommodate 2 people. The open-plan kitchen, with induction hob, is fully equipped: refrigerator, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to cook easily on a daily basis.
Further on, the bedroom offers a cosy and well-appointed space with a double bed (140x200). A small lounge area with two armchairs and a television completes this space, ideal for relaxing after a long day of exploring the region.
A bathroom with shower, toilet and hairdryer completes the accommodation.
Although the accommodation does not have a private parking space, you will find public parking just 100 m from the property.

Great location, Communication with the Host team was excellent! We arrived on a Saturday late morning, Parking was a big problem as its market day in Dinard.. any other day parking would not be a problem as there are plenty of places!The Apartment is ground floor and the interior is stylish with some good classic furniture. Unfortunately for us it is style over function, the chairs and TV / draw unit are unusable and unnecessary, in such a small space!Tv on the wall maybe? Small sofa or chaise longe? something to put a suitcase, bags on and sit on if you wanted too.The bed we found unbelievably hard, one soft pillow each and no other extras! The only openable window is the large one in the bedroom directly onto the street.. yes there are wooden shutters but it’s street level! The kitchen we didn’t use but it’s ideal for a small space. No openable window in this space at all! Bathroom is fine, shower was good if a little small! Courtyard isn’t private and overlooked by neighbouring properties.. To summarise, not a great Summer stay when it’s hot when you need windows open.. Location was great. With AC, better mattress, couple more pillows this would of been a much better stay..
