A magnificent Sicilian villa (18th century), built entirely of traditional lava stone, surrounded by lush greenery, with a panoramic view of the sea in a highly sought-after location overlooking the Gulf of Taormina and the Italian peninsula in the background.
We are in one of the island’s most beautiful areas—the eastern part, home to Mount Etna (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Syracuse, and the beautiful city of Catania with its world-famous fish market.
Set on a 3,000-square-meter lot, this prestigious 19th-century villa (250 square meters) is completely surrounded by a park filled with trees and flowers and many romantic nooks, ideal for a relaxing vacation.
This prestigious Sicilian villa features bright and very spacious bedrooms (25 square meters each), three with private bathrooms—one master bedroom and one twin bedroom.
There are also two spacious kitchen/dining/living areas.
In total, the villa can accommodate up to 13 people.
Here you’ll find the wonderful swimming pool (12×5 meters), perhaps the highlight of this place—a paradise of luxury and tranquility.
Outside, there’s also a barbecue, near the gazebo and the pool area, where you can enjoy a typical Sicilian “arrusti e mangia” (grill and eat!)
