La taille du logement. La disposition des espaces (jardin / terrasse / allée sécurisée pour les voitures / chambres / WC / salles de bains / séjour / cuisine ...) et la disponibilité et la gentillesse de notre hôte (Sonia). Commerces à proximités (moins de 10 min à pied). Serviettes et linge de maison. Vue sur l'Etna et vue sur mer (du balcon de 2 chambres et sur un côté de la terrasse).
Le quartier à proximité immédiate du lotissement sécurisé. Mais il s'agit là seulement de quelques rues qui étaient sales avec des poubelles et des déchets... mais cela n'a pas altéré notre séjour.

Very clean. Well equipped and spacious. Host was very helpful in answering queries and directing us to local taxi service and giving recommendations for restaurants etc.
Too many keys. States there was in house bar- which made it sound as if there was a bar on the complex and there isn’t. Nearest beach wasn’t very clean- but that isn’t hosts fault.
