The spacious living room offers plenty of seating for guests to relax and enjoy their favorite shows on the large smart TV.
The first bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed with beautiful wall art and a ceiling fan.
The second bedroom, though smaller in size, boasts a King size bed for guests who prefer larger sleeping arrangement.
The highlight of our home is our luxurious and spacious shower, featuring trendy green tile and gold accent faucets.
Our kitchen is perfect for food enthusiasts, offering ample space and most of the pots and pans needed to create delicious meals.
Step outside into our sought-after backyard, where you'll find a hot tub, fire pit, and a cozy gazebo lounge area, the hot tub can be enjoyed year-round.
We are a pet-friendly house, and there is a $120 pet fee that should be paid when making your reservation. If pets are detected at the property and the fee has not been paid, there will be an initial fee of $170. We allow a maximum of two pets, and any additional pets require approval and an extra $50 fee. Please note that cats are not allowed.
We have a camera at the front door for your safety and the safety of the house.
We do not allow parties and if you’re visiting local family or friends we do require that you let us know before had as well as pay the extra guest fee as it creates more wear and tear on the house.
WE OFFER EARLY CHECK IN FOR A EXTRA FEE, just inquire beforehand.
We’re only 5.9 miles to downtown Louisville.
11 miles to KY Expo Center and even though the house is in Jeffersonville Indiana most everyone travels back and forth across the bridge daily, hence the reason we call ourselves Kentuckiana.
For restaurants suggestions check out The Fair Restaurant, The Exchange Pub and Kitchen, Board and Bistro and Wine Bar, Parlour Pizza, Agave and Rye and for breakfast Sleepy Rooster Morning Kitchen, Wild Eggs and Leaven Bakery. We also have a sweet shop downtown that sells cakes and desserts called Sweet Stuff.
Things to do: Louisville Slugger Museum and factory for the baseball enthusiasts.

Churchill downs has a museum as well Spring Meet, September meet and Fall meet, Downs after Dark and Twilights Thursdays .
