Full bar, Jacuzzi, one bedroom fully furnished apartment with private side entry and enclosed patio. , 3 discrete sound systems and lighted ceiling dome. Queen size bed in master bedroom and a sofa sleeper for additional guests.
The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to cook a meal, while the large dining table seats four people. The front door has a coded lock, providing for the ease of keyless entry. Our Smart TV allows guests to login into their own Netflix or HULU, while our TV antenna provides basic channels that provides access to local news and major sports games. Help yourself to all our full size appliances, as well as provided coffee and tea! In the bathroom, soap, shampoo, and conditioner are provided for each guest.
Outside, enjoy morning coffee in the enclosed private patio, Two large tables and chair sets, I full size grill is provided for our bar-b-que lovers..

Everything was great, had a few technical issues with vrbo but the host and i got everything lined out and worked out fantastic.

Apartment was small and cozy. It was located on a nice, quiet street. The enclosed courtyard was so wonderful - it allowed you to sit outside with total privacy. Owner was easy to work with. Only problem was Wi-Fi was not working. My adult daughter and I totally enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Patio area is very nice, comfortable & private. Apartment needs a thorough cleaning. Bed is comfortable, furniture is comfortable. No trash bags, paper towels nor hairdryer
The front of the house looks very different from pictures, looks abandoned & kind of creepy. Air conditioner works good & sump pump runs overtime, not sure why since it didn't rain during my 10 day stay. Very grateful for the off street parking spot. .
