Clean, newly remodeled as photos show. Kitchen and fridge was very nice to do meal prep and dine in. Was able to communicate a few suggestions to property manager, such as USB charging station, facial tissues, ignitor for BBQ. Convenient location was very easy to get to functions.

Great location to get to downtown Louisville. Clean house, backyard had a table bar with 2 metal chairs, 2 small metal side tables, and 3 bag chairs provided to sit around the firepit. The property manager very nice, easy to work with, and had great hospitality. Thank you! The "drip coffee maker" takes K-cups or ground coffee. The driveway for 2 cars is located behind the backyard fence. Definitely would stay there again.

Upon arrival, getting into the house was very easy. The rental was very clean. I think my favorite part of the stay, was how comfortable the master bed was. I slept so well! That is always the downfall of any short term rental properties i have stayed in but this one exceeded my expectations! All in all, a great property, close to pretty much anything you could want.
