New Albany downtown is very fun with many great places to eat and drink. Very nice area directly on Market Street. Owner was always available.

Location is everything and this rental had it on spades. Right is the heart of New Albany. Streets had many bars, restaurants, and shopping all available all with in the surrounding blocks. Beds comfy, all amenities provided for an overnight. Only complaint was WiFi basically too weak to rely on it for much!

We were 6 women visiting together from various places and catching up for an upcoming wedding. The property is fantastic with plenty of room. Couchs are chairs are comfortable. Beds are firm but comfortable. Great bedding and plenty of pillows. Quality towels. Living room with greay view of the street and beautiful exposed brick perfect for group photos. Kitchen is well stocked. However, of note this is no toaster. We brought bagels for breakfast and had to imrpovise. We had some issues with lock box with key but, catherine answered our phone call. Her daughter has a ahop next door convenient to us needing some assistance which was quickly reqolved. I would recommend this property to anyone. Warning there is a steep flight of stair to get in. But very manageable. Some street and bar noise but this was expected with the location. Perfect walking distance to coffee, shops, and dinner. Host provided excellent list with qr codes for menus and websites for assistance.
