The main living area flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space perfect for group meals, morning coffee, or relaxing after a long beach day. Multiple levels and living areas give everyone room to spread out without feeling disconnected.



Step outside and the backyard becomes your private oasis. The fenced pool deck is made for sunshine and slow afternoons, with lounge chairs, space to unwind, and a hot tub ready for evening soaks. Accessible on the ground level, the downstairs game space offers foosball, ping pong, and billiards keeps the fun going rain or shine



Special Experience Available

Interested in something a little different? Guests can arrange a private in-home sushi class, where an instructor comes directly to the house for a fun, hands-on experience. Learn sushi-making techniques, a bit of sushi history, and prepare three different rolls to enjoy together. Classes run approximately two hours and are available for groups of 2–6 guests at $100 per person. Message us for availability and additional details.



The community pool is open seasonally from May 1 through September 30, weather permitting. Please note that opening and closing dates are subject to change based on conditions and HOA guidelines.

Instead of a traditional security deposit, we’ve added a non-refundable Damage Protection Fee under the Management Fee. This covers minor accidental damages — like spills, scratches, or a broken dish — so you can relax and enjoy your stay worry-free. For damages over $2,500, we’ll work directly with you to resolve the matter respectfully and fairly.
