The living room features a comfortable sofa and a flat-screen satellite TV, while a small guest bathroom includes a sink and toilet. Upstairs, there are two cozy bedrooms: the first with a double bed, wardrobe, and desk, and the second with two single beds pushed together and a satellite TV. The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink with cabinet and mirror, bidet, and toilet. From the ground-floor living room, you can access a covered terrace furnished with a table and chairs, as well as a small garden with a barbecue and a private jacuzzi. Two private parking spaces are available in front of the house, along with a free electric car charging station. °No pets allowed
