The apartment is perfectly accommodated and equipped, with the outdoor pool offers the perfect stay for couples and families. It is a peaceful place and close to the sea. The owners were very kind and offer all kinds of help and ideas for our time here. We can strongly recommend you come and stay in this place for the body and soul to rest.

We really loved the peaceful location and well-equipped facilities. Clearly the place is brand new. One of the biggest advantages is the beautiful pool which made our stay even more enjoyable. We arrived late in the evening, but we hand no problems getting in because of digital locks. Hosts were really nice, they were supportive and helpful regarding our additional questions and requests.
There was basically nothing to complain about. Everything was as advertised.

The location is great as its a quiet neighborhood. Furthermore its only 10 min jogging or biking to a really nice beach.
The host were very friendly. The apartments are brand new in June 2026 so its a top notch place. We loved the nice pool and made ourself a dinner in a garden. They even have pin-coded door access so its a straightforward experience.
Really recommend - especially if you are with an electric car - they have a charger too.
At first we missed the water-boiler, but the host was so nice to buy it the same day. So there was nothing really to complain about :) The drinking water in Umag is not the best, but the host has installed a drinking water dispenser in the house so you can have a plastic - free experience.
