Great and affordable place to stay, close to the Umag downtown and beaches.

Location is perfect, this is my second stay at the same place and I will definitely be there next year. Extremely big apartment with a large living room and great bedroom.

Everything was as I expected, as I've said it's not my first time I was at the same place so I knew what to expect and the expectations were met.

Spacious apartment, very close to city center

The apartment is spacious and very clean. Very close to the city centre (a few minutes walk). There is garage under the building. The host was helpful and friendly.

The A/C did not work, and so there was no heating in the apartment. The host did not manage to fix and he provided us with electrical fan/heaters.

Great apartments inside new resort with good location near harbor promenade

New resort with well equipped apartments, fine parking in underground garages, swimming pool with sunbeds and beach umbrellas, superb vista. Good location, not inside the center, but if you want, you can be there by harbor promenade in five minutes, nice old town. Distance from the apartment to the best beach in Umag is 1,3 km (measured), so nice walk, no problem for us, several other beaches around. Communication with resort agency during the stay was excellent, details resolved.

Please, several recommendation from us: - Equipment - add to the department description, if there is balcony, terrace, type of coffee machine / supply more dishes + cutlery / supply four chairs in case of family (we had two, four family members). - Operating order - give to all people before their stay more information, e. g. about the swimming pool opening hours, no smoking rule,... - Cleaning service - the same, give to all people concrete information, when you can expect it, how to order it. I don´t add above mentioned to bad things, only recommendation.

Toller Urlaub in wunderschöner Umgebung

Tolle Unterkunft, mit schöner Terrasse zum verweilen. Eine Markise macht das gemütliche Sitzen perfekt. Innenausstattung völlig ausreichend, alles da was man braucht. Uns hat es super gefallen...

Das Internet ist ein wenig verbesserungswürdig, fällt leider öfters mal aus, war aber Gottseidank für uns kein Problem. Fernsehen leider ohne einen einzigen deutschen Sender... nur zur Info, wenn man Fernsehen dringend braucht...

Kiváló, modern tágas szállás

A 123-as apartmanban voltunk, nagyon szépen berendezett, modern, tágas apartman, három szoba, hat ágy, kényelmesen elfértünk benne. Két tágas zuhanyzóval felszerelt fürdőszoba. Hatalmas konyha-nappali. A konyha jól felszerelt. Parkolás a ház alatti teremgarázsban, nagyon kényelmes. Csodás panoráma az umagi kikötőre, Umag belvárosa kb. 10 perc séta a tengerparton. Többnyire a Katoro strandra mentünk, az hat perc kocsival, ott találtunk csendes, nyugodt, árnyas helyet. Egyik délután a szállástól 10 perc sétára található Adriatic strandra mentünk, de az nem tetszett. Zsúfolt volt.

A szállás gyors wifit és Netflixet hirdet, de a wifi sajnos használhatatlanul lassú volt (1,5MB/sec letöltés). Emiatt vontam le 1 pontot a tízből. Kibírjuk wifi nélkül a nyaralást, de ha már hirdetik, akkor legyen. Az ágy matraca lehetett volna kissé keményebb és kispárna se jött volna rosszul, de ezek egyéni dolgok. A horvát éttermekben még mindig divat, hogy csak készpénzben lehet fizetni, mert a kártyás terminál épp akkor nem működik. :( Azért ilyennel itthon már nem nagyon találkozni.

Kellemes apartman

Tengerparthoz, városi sétához, kikötőkhöz közeli, jól felszerelt apartman. A medence kellemes, az apartman a partján van. A közelben több jó étterem és élelmiszerbolt található. Szívesen visszamennénk!

Nekünk nem okozott gondot, de strandolási lehetőség kb. 10 perc gyaloglásra van. Bennünket nem zavart, de a medencét sokan használják napközben, és éjszaka is akadnak látogatók.

Der Pool war toll. Waren oft drin. Der Blick zum Hafen war toll. Esserei gab es an jeder Ecke. An für sich tolle Lage. Würden gerne wieder kommen.

So war das Zimmer in Ordnung. Konnten auch eher rein als geplant. Ein bisschen besser konnte es schon sauberer sein.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in einem tollen Apartment mit nur kleinen Verbesserungspunkten – wir würden jederzeit w

Der Check-in war sehr unkompliziert und freundlich. Uns wurde die Anfahrt sowie die wichtigsten Infos zu Umag klar und detailliert erklärt. Das Apartment war sehr großzügig geschnitten, modern eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Besonders gefallen hat uns der schöne Ausblick aufs Meer sowie die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Die Tiefgarage war mit dem Funkschlüssel einfach zu erreichen, der Parkplatz groß und leicht zu finden. Die Lage ist hervorragend: Umag ist in wenigen Minuten bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Direkt gegenüber befinden sich ein Supermarkt und ein kleines, sehr gutes Restaurant. Die gesamte Anlage war sehr gepflegt, besonders der Poolbereich mit ausreichend Liegen – selbst bei gemeinsamer Nutzung mit anderen Apartments nie überfüllt.

Leider gibt es im gesamten Objekt keine Möglichkeit, Elektroautos zu laden. Das ist zwar ein generelles Problem in Umag, aber eine Lademöglichkeit direkt vor Ort wäre sehr wünschenswert. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren eher hart – für unsere Kinder nicht ganz ideal. Sie haben daher lieber auf dem Schlafsofa geschlafen, das deutlich weicher war. Neue, bequemere Matratzen wären eine sinnvolle Verbesserung.

Nagyszerű elhelyezkedés, közvetlenül a kikötő és az óváros közötti részen,az öbölben. Új építésű, modern, medencés komplexum. Kilátással a tengerre,az óvárosra,a kikötőre.A 3 hálószobás apartmannak nem volt terasza. Tágas nappali,nagy konyhával, étkezővel. 2 fürdőszoba,3 wc. 15 perces sétával elérhető az óváros. 100 méter a szupermarket. Sajnos a fürdőkben a csapokból alig folyt a víz, és az egyik wc nyomógomb rossz volt.(Folyt a víz a wc-ben.) Lift és mélygarázs is van.
