Apartment SONJA in Garden Palace Resort Umag

Appartamento nuovo, pulito e dotato di tutti i comfort (lavastoviglie, lavatrice, bollitore elettrico...) e di doppi servizi. Posizione fronte mare, vicina al porto, ma il centro storico è raggiungibile anche a piedi con una passeggiata di 10-15 minuti; zona comunque ben servita (supermercati e ristoranti nei paraggi). Struttura pet friendly (con supplemento di € 10 al giorno) e dotata di garage coperto. Proprietari gentili e disponibili per ogni esigenza.

Tolle Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgt im Tourismusbüro in Kator. Die große, saubere Wohnung liegt oberhalb des neuen Restaurants (Reservierung empfohlen). Ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage ist vorhanden, und der Lift zur Wohnung ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Ein kleines Einkaufsgeschäft befindet sich direkt gegenüber. Die Stadt erreicht man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß entlang des Meeres. 🌊

Perfect location with sea view, a very modern and spacious apartment, well-equipped, absolutely clean. The bathroom had several sets of towels, enough for several days for the entire family. The apartment is pet-friendly, even if you have to pay a little extra for the pet. The town center is within walking distance, a café is conveniently located just 100 m from the apartment on the coastal promenade.

Nothing important. The heating function of the AC did not work but it was not too cold, anyway. The WiFi worked so-so, in most cases it did not work at all. Again, not a problem, we did not wanted to work and internet access through our phones was enough.
