Designed with families and groups in mind, Val-Holla’s unique split-level floor plan features separate living spaces connected by exterior access, allowing guests to gather comfortably while still enjoying personal space when needed.

Ground Level Living

The ground floor functions as a fully equipped private living unit, making it ideal for families with young children or guests who prefer to avoid stairs. This level features an open-concept living area with a plush sectional and flat-screen TV, perfect for winding down after a day in the sun. The well-appointed kitchenette includes modern appliances and a wine refrigerator for added convenience.

Sleeping accommodations on this level are designed for flexibility, with a queen-over-queen bunk in the living area and a twin-over-twin bunk room tucked away for extra privacy. A shared bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the space. Best of all, guests enjoy direct access to the private pool, making pool days seamless and stress-free.

Upper Level Retreat

Upstairs, guests are welcomed into a bright and inviting coastal living space designed for entertaining and connection. The open-concept layout includes a fully equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for five, a spacious dining area, and a comfortable living room with ample seating and a flat-screen TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing evenings in.

This level also hosts the remaining bedrooms. Two beautifully appointed queen suites feature spacious closets, flat-screen TVs, and private en-suite bathrooms with shower/tub combinations. The king suite is the crown jewel of the home, offering a private balcony with pool access and a spa-like en-suite bathroom with a double walk-in shower and dual vanities.

*An additional pool heat fee of $300 is required to heat the pool and must be arranged before your stay.
