Featuring a large balcony (with barbecue available from spring), peaceful yet right in the heart of the city. Need a bike? It’s included free of charge! The Roman Museum Kastell Boiotro is right next door, along with the beautiful Italian Garden. All of this right in the city center, where you won’t have to miss out on anything.
Upon entering, you step into a spacious entrance area with plenty of room for coats and luggage. A separate WC is directly connected.
On the left-hand side, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, as well as a washing machine and dryer – ideal for both short and longer stays.
To the right of the entrance area, three small steps lead into the cozy living space. On the left is the bathroom, featuring a large shower and a freestanding washbasin.
The bedroom is stylishly furnished and includes a comfortable queen-size bed. From the window, you can look out toward Kastell Boiotro and the Italian Garden – offering an authentic old-town atmosphere with solid wooden floors.
Straight ahead, there is an additional living and sleeping area with a large sofa bed for two people, a single bed, and a comfortable lounge area with TV.
From this room, you have direct access to the exceptionally spacious and quietly situated balcony. Despite the central location, it offers a lovely green view – perfect for morning coffee or relaxing evenings.
On the ground floor of the building, there is a bicycle storage area, which is sometimes well used but generally offers space for parking. In addition, one bicycle belongs to the apartment and is available to our guests free of charge during their stay – perfect for conveniently exploring Passau and its surroundings.
You step straight into the historic old town along the Inn and set off on a journey of discovery through Lederergasse, whose atmosphere truly shapes the city. The streets tell their stories as you wander through the narrow lanes – Dom St. Stephan, Dom St. Nikolaus, and the glass art at the Glasmuseum Passau all define the cityscape. During the day, enjoy cozy cafés and regional restaurants; in the evening, the nightlife comes alive with stylish bars, live music in clubs and pub districts around the old town, small breweries serving regional beer specialties, and lively squares where locals and visitors meet.
The Veste Oberhaus offers panoramic views by day, while at night the city glows beneath you. The rivers Donau, Inn, and Ilz wind along scenic riverbank paths – ideal for evening strolls or a relaxing boat trip at sunset. Everything is within walking distance, and easily reachable from Passau’s main train station in about 15–25 minutes on foot.
