Sehr gute Lage für Ausflüge in die Altstadt. Am Wochenende (Fr. ab 18:00 Uhr) auch kostenloser Parkplatz vor der Haustür. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet.
Leider führt direkt vor dem Balkon eine stark befahrene Straße vorbei und ist selbst im 3. Stock noch sehr laut. Vor allem im Sommer, wenn man lüften will. Die Waschmaschine war defekt - für einen 2 Tagesaufenthalt kein Problem. Sonst könnte es unangenehm sein.

Super Kommunikation mit dem Code Schlüssels System easy, großzügige Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht. Superschnell in der Innenstadt und schöner Ausblick vom Balkon/Wintergarten.
Es war unheimlich heiß, während meines Aufenthalts (Hitzewelle Juni 26) daher fand ich’s für mich nicht so günstig, dass man bei offenem Balkon untertags so die Straße gehört hat. Die Gastgeber hatten allerdings schon ein Ventilator bereitgestellt und zusammen mit dem Bad Ventilator kam ich untertags kalt und konnte nachts ohne den Verkehr die Wohnung wieder richtig gut runterkühlen 😅.

Fantastic stay in an unbeatable location! The apartment is just a short walk from the Dreiflüsseeck, making it easy to explore the city. Restaurants, banks, pharmacies, and shops are all right around the corner. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Would definitely stay here again!
