Insgesamt hochwertige Ausstattung. Stellplatz verfügbar.
Keine gute Lage und Wohnumgebung. Keine Zentrumslage; eher Randlage. Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug. Viel zu wenig Besteck (Sparen am falschen Ende).

Apartment is surprisingly spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, washing machine & drying rack, and small balcony. Easy walk of around 25 minutes to the centre of Passau. Supermarket close by.
The parking space provided is a couple of streets away - no problem with that except your car is out of your sight, but seems a bit confusing when you first arrive.
The apartment is on the top floor and there’s no lift. Not a problem for us, but less active people may struggle with luggage.
