Perhaps start the day with a cup of coffee on the large patio overlooking the lake, then stroll down your own long boardwalk to the dock. There, your private rowboat awaits—ready for a fishing trip or a peaceful row into the sunset.
The Property
Welcome to Lagersvik 2 — an idyllic lakeside property with a house of approximately 110 m², located in a quiet and peaceful area with Lake Mälaren as its closest neighbor.
Inside the house, you’ll find spacious living areas, large windows with lake views, and a cozy, homey atmosphere. It features both a fireplace and a wood-burning stove for maximum coziness, as well as a modern, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay—and then some. If you’re missing anything, we’ll of course take care of it.
The house has three peaceful bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: One double bed (180 cm).
Bedroom 2: One double bed (180 cm).
Bedroom 3: Two single beds (2 x 90 cm).
Outside the house, you have access to a large furnished deck with panoramic views of the water. The unique, long wooden walkway leads all the way down to the private dock where your own rowboat awaits.
