A unique turn-of-the-century villa from 1912 with a lakeside lot, private dock, and rowboat in Kvicksund. 176 square meters with spacious living areas, several bedrooms, and tiled stoves that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Large fenced-in garden with views of Lake Mälaren. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet, Wi-Fi, and parking with a charging station.
The Property
Welcome to Lyckåsvägen in Kvicksund—a unique turn-of-the-century villa of approximately 176 square meters with a lakeside lot and private dock.
Inside the house, you’ll find spacious living areas, beautiful original details, and tiled stoves that create a warm and cozy atmosphere. There’s a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need for your stay—and then some. If there’s anything missing, we’ll of course take care of it.
The house has four bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (180 cm)
Bedroom 2: Bed (140 cm)
Bedroom 3: Bed (140 cm)
Bedroom 4: Single bed (90 cm)
Outside the house is a large fenced-in garden close to the water. From the property, you can reach the private dock, where a rowboat is available during the season.

A charcoal grill is available to borrow. Guests must bring their own charcoal and other supplies.
A railroad track runs directly adjacent to the property, and trains pass by daily. When trains pass, noise may be heard for a short time. Trains travel at low speeds through the area. If you are particularly sensitive to noise, please take this into consideration before booking. The dock is accessed via a walkway over the railroad tracks.
