Located just 1.5 miles from Center City, Uptown, the city's central business district and urban core, as well as the Spectrum Center and Bank of America Stadium. The property is also less than 5 miles from major hospitals and medical centers.

The kitchen is fully stocked with essential items, including cookware, a toaster, blender, plates, glasses, utensils, can opener, corkscrew, dish towels, starter paper towels, sponges, and starter dishwasher pods and dishwashing detergent. Coffee lovers will appreciate both K-Cup and drip coffee options. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the laundry room just off the kitchen.
The living room invites relaxation and features a 60-inch smart TV, plush seating, cozy throws, decorative pillows, lamps, and a ceiling fan. One of the couches converts to a pull-out sleeper for added flexibility & sleeping space.
The primary suite features a king-size bed with a comfortable Purple mattress, a 50-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, full dresser, private en-suite bath with relaxing garden tub w/shower and a full walk-in closet.
The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, closet, and a 40-inch smart TV. The third bedroom offers a full-size bed, a 40-inch smart TV, a full-size dresser, and a closet.
The main full bathroom includes a tub/shower combination and single sink. Both bathrooms are stocked with starter essentials to ensure a comfortable, hotel quality stay, including toilet paper, hand soap, paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and toothbrush/toothpaste.
All towels are oversized plush bath sheets, with matching plush washcloths. Sheets are luxurious, hotel-quality linens throughout the entire house.
Enjoy the backyard with a concrete patio, comfortable outdoor seating, a grill, and beautiful partial skyline views.
The exterior is equipped with security cameras that monitor the property's perimeter only and do not capture any interior spaces. Security cameras are in place to help support peace of mind.
Parking is permitted in the 1 car garage and also 2 car driveway free of charge.
Only registered guests are permitted.
Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund.
SMOKING
• No smoking (cigarettes, pipe, tobacco, marijuana, or vaping) is allowed inside the house.
• Smoking is only permitted outside, away from house, open doors & windows. Please do not dump ash on outdoor furniture or smoke near doors/windows or leave cigarette butts outside.
• A fine of up to $1,000 will be charged for smoking indoors or for any damage caused by smoke.
PARTIES & EVENTS
• Absolutely no parties or events at the property. If you are to have a party the cops will be called and you will be forced to immediately leave the home and charged $1000 so do not book this home for a party we will not tolerate it.
• No loud music, noise, or gatherings that may disturb neighbors.
NOISE POLICY
• If reports are received or if you are found playing loud music or being disruptive outdoors after 11 PM, a $500 fine will apply for each occurrence.
• If police are called for excessive noise, parties, or disturbances, guests will be charged $1,000 and the remainder of the reservation will be canceled without refund.
• Quiet hours are from 11PM to 8 AM.

NO Pets are allowed at this property. Guests will be charged $500 Pet Fee
