House fit 4 adult men comfortably. The property manager Tyler went above and beyond to make sure our stay went well. Conveniently located near Uptown Charlotte.

My sister lives in Charlotte and wanted to celebraye her 40th birthday in the city. So, from Arkansas, Atlanta, and Texas we traveled. This was the perfect spot for our needs. Pictures are exact and rooms are spacious. No issues at all.

We stayed the night after a hornets game, and it was perfect

The property is in a great location. Close to everything, very quite and safe. Driving up to the house we had to notice it was the house in the street with the tallest grass and a yard which was not being taken care of in weeks ...Getting into the house was very strange. Not thru the front door we had to go in the back yard and enter the house thru the back door, walking thru two bedrooms each single time we left and came back. This was very inconvenient for our friends who actually slept in those rooms. Getting this way we had to pass a Set three or four treads and those where totally rotten and falling appart. It was actually extremely dangerous to walk those Treads. The house was clean and the beds very comfortable . The house itself is in desperate need of some TLC.....quite a few things are not working ....the floor lamp in the living room, the record players, the showerheads have very low pressure, no seating on the front porch provided, the seating on the back porch was minimal, uncomfortable and dirty. The little fridge in the mother in law suit was frozen solid, because someone didn't close the door. Nothing major but it adds up and if you go there with the provided photos of the place in your head it is disappointing..Dr
