About this house rental
Our home is a 2100 sq. ft. three story townhome located the North End of Charlotte. It has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, and 5 beds. There is plenty of space for rest, entertainment, and memories. The exceptionally large kitchen is stocked with all the cooking supplies you might need. To remind yourself of how close you are to the city just take a step out onto the balcony or look out the second or third floor windows to get fantastic city views!

The property was very clean and in a great location with plenty of parking. We stayed here for my daughter's graduation from UNCC. It was 20 min drive from school and a 15 min ride to South End bars and restaurants. There is also a very cool brewery within walking distance of the property. We had a little hiccup when we checked in, but the owners were very responsive and handled the issue quickly. The owners are very responsive to outreach and worked with us when we needed to adjust the dates of our booking.

Beautiful place to stay, walkable distance to Camp North End and very close to the city. Home was clean and tidy. There were some small amenities for the home that we needed to buy while we were there such as paper towels and toilet paper, but overall the stay was great.

Unit was beautiful! It's the location proximity to entertainment. Food options are minimal as your really in a gentrification area. Parking was a headache and involved walking from another section. WiFi should be included in the email sent to renter. Why do you have to have the app to access it. Finally, we left items by mistake, shoes and a bag of token type gifts, nobody has contacted us about them.
Owners are cool, won't stay in location again!
