4BR Bright and Modern - Close to Everything

The location was close to a lot in downtown Charlotte. The rooms had a good amount of space and everything you need (dishes, iron, washer, dryer, mini toiletries in case you forgot). The rooms were clean. There was a decent fenced backyard with a patio and fireplace area. The front porches were relaxing to spend time on. The decor was also very nice.

The shower got cold kind of quickly and the pressure decreased when two people were using it. The driveway is very small and shared with the neighbors. I had to park one vehicle across the street at one point because the neighbors parked two large pickup trucks in the driveway If you have two vehicles I would not recommend staying there. The house is on a busy street, so backing out of the driveway during busy hours was hard. It was also very loud in the king size room during times of constant traffic. We noticed some ants during our stay but the host was responsive and got someone to come spray and they went away.

It was beautiful walking into the house. Everything neat and tidy and fresh. Attention to detail with everything. We absolutely loved it! Family friendly and has everything that is needed for short term / long term stays. Kids loved the garden.

The busy road - we come from quiet suburbs but I slept in the double room with baby so didn’t hear the cars that much.

the outlet in the kitchen didn’t work and wasn’t very equipped in the kitchen section and no extra trash bags were provided unless asked for. Found a snake in the back patio while the kids were playing near the fire pit. very scary.

There was more then enough space . Everything was provided and this particular property was very well clean
