4BR Bright and Modern - Close to Everything

I loved how modern the home was. Nicely remodeled hardwood floors, upgraded bathrooms, the LED powered mirror was a plus, very modern appliances, plenty of linene to accommodate my family of 5. Loved the porch swings and the outdoor access to 3 of the rooms. Large backyard for the kids to play in. Really comfortable deck. I appreciated the coffee samples as I didnt have to run out to purchase coffee right away. Thats always my first go to. The beds and linen were comfortable. Access to TV streaming services was a plus.

Not many turn offs but there a couple things that were disappointing. As spotless as the home amd all the rooms were there was one room that was very dusty with webs and a few dead and alive bugs. A few webs in the blinds in the window and on the ceiling. I will say that the owner was very responsive amd was willing to respond immediately by sending their cleaning service back out to us the next morning unfortunately the.cleaning service still did not clean the room thoroughly so we chose to not use that room at all. Theyvoffered to send them out to do a clean sweep of the whole house but we declined as we were there on vacation and to celebrate my son's birthday so we didnt want to spend any more time on that and just avoided the one problem area. We took the linen and my daughter just slept in the living room. The trash bins outside were full to the rim so no room to place our trash and our first night there not any fault of the property amd staff but the neighbors were having a party till like 3 a.m. blasting music which made it very hard to rest. It was quite overstimulating. Luckily it was just that one night and the remainder of the nights were just fine. Even with all of that, I would still choose to stay again because the good far outweighed the bad and the owner was very prompt and warm. I think it was just a one off. We still enjoyed and my son enjoyed his 10th birthday. We had an opportunity to explore Charlotte amd all it had to offer. It was close to everything we needed to do. We are grateful.

Everything was fine with my stay ….

The location was close to a lot in downtown Charlotte. The rooms had a good amount of space and everything you need (dishes, iron, washer, dryer, mini toiletries in case you forgot). The rooms were clean. There was a decent fenced backyard with a patio and fireplace area. The front porches were relaxing to spend time on. The decor was also very nice.

The shower got cold kind of quickly and the pressure decreased when two people were using it. The driveway is very small and shared with the neighbors. I had to park one vehicle across the street at one point because the neighbors parked two large pickup trucks in the driveway If you have two vehicles I would not recommend staying there. The house is on a busy street, so backing out of the driveway during busy hours was hard. It was also very loud in the king size room during times of constant traffic. We noticed some ants during our stay but the host was responsive and got someone to come spray and they went away.
