You can walk to shops, Villeneuve-Loubet beach, and the TER train station, which connects easily to Nice, Cannes, Antibes and Juan-les-Pins — perfect for day trips along the coast. The Ground floor comprises only a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite shower, plus a separate toilet for convenience. A master bedroom with a double bed, dressing space and a private balcony with sun loungers for a private sunbathe session.
