About this villa rental

Villa fully equipped, sheets and linens provided. Very nice amenities, parking, terrace, near the Vaugrenier park. Shops and town center (Antibes, Biot, Nice) nearby. Shops and town center (Antibes, Biot, Nice) nearby. We are between sea and mountain.

This wasn’t our first time at this fantastic villa. The villa is impeccably presented, and it takes the stress out of the holiday knowing you’ll arrive at a beautiful place. As well as being perfectly located to travel all over the French Riviera, the local town has a great selection of shops, restaurants and takeouts. It is also right beside Antibes Land and Marine Land / Aqua Splash - there is a shortcut through an overflow carpark. In addition the beach is right across the road. The hosts Marie and Philippe are extremely nice, and ensure everything is as it should be. They are genuinely lovely people and this property is a real credit to them. The house is luxurious inside with a big tv, Netflix, etc and a well kitted out kitchen with modern appliances and a good coffee machine. The aircon works well and the water pressure is great. There are two good showers and a fantastic double sink in the master bedroom en-suite. This is an ideal spot for a family, with a private rear yard and pool. A large open plan living room/kitchen which opens up onto a covered patio and large table and chairs. We ate outside for every meal. It was idyllic. The kids sleep on the mezzanine floor, just above the kitchen/living room. If you are looking for a spacious villa, which is clean and fully equipped, close to everything and good value for money, then this is it. We had a rental car but would seriously consider the train next time as the station is 15 minutes walk.

This property was genuinely amazing. The owners were on-hand to greet us and show us around the property on arrival. They were polite and helpful. The property was spotless, finished to an exceptional standard, and in pristine condition. The pool and outside area was clean and great for the kids and we ate outside on the patio every evening on the large wooden table and chairs. Large open plan living room/kitchen with large tv and Netflix. There was a drive area to park in right beside the property too. Also nearby to marineland, amusements, the beach and a forest park, this property has much to offer within walking distance, but ideally you want a rental car to get the most out of your holiday. A great quiet hub to base your holiday. With Cannes, Nice and Monaco just a few miles away, you can do a few busy days and then have a couple of lazy days around the pool. We will stay here again for sure.
