La Bella Vista Estate is perfectly situated within a short walking distance of Monserate Winery, Fallbrook Winery & the Gird Valley Preserve. Perched high on a ridge, this 2 bedroom Casita offers breathtaking 360-degree views of the surrounding countryside. Nestled on a quiet and private 2 acre lot, the estate features over 80 producing fruit trees, scenic walking paths, and even a flock of chickens that produce fresh eggs for the guests each morning. Casita guests will enjoy exclusive access to an impressive array of amenities during their stay, including a solar heated saltwater pool, jetted hot tub, pool towels, outdoor gas grill plus separate electric griddle. Granite countertops at bar area, extensive outdoor seating including dining table, complete utensils including plates & glassware, 3 TVs, full sized refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker, microwave, bocce court, and a lighted outdoor pavilion with ping pong table, bean bag toss, and many other games. To fine tune your golf game, this estate offers 5 different pitching greens across the picturesque valley with flags at distances ranging from 55 yards to 85 yards from an elevated tee area behind the casita, with clubs and baskets of balls provided, Sleeping accommodations for 4 or 5 people with a king size Tempur-Pedic adjustable massage bed, a queen size bunk bed and oversized twin. Fully equipped fitness room with Hydrow Rowing Machine, a brand new Kyota Zero Gravity 4D Massage Chair and more. Please note that we (the owners) live in the main house on the property but we completely respect the guests privacy and you will likely not see us unless you have questions. Pictures can’t do this place justice. Mike and Jen have a beautiful place with an amazing view to take in. Our stay couldn’t have been any better. Mike and Jen go out of their way to make sure their guests are taken care of and happy. We needed lawn chairs for a local event we were attending. I asked Mike if they had some we could use or rent. He said they didn’t have any, but not to worry, they would buy some and asked how many we needed. No charge, just brand new chairs to use. I’d call that great customer service! Hosts going above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay is definitely appreciated. If you’re looking at this place and considering booking it, just go ahead. You won’t regret it. We hope to come back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit from start to finish! Communication in advance was great and when we arrived, Mike greeted us and showed us around. I can’t say enough about how spectacular this place is. Magnificent views, beautiful pool and hot tub, super comfortable beds, multiple outside areas including a beautiful grill. We didn’t want to leave! Bocce ball, ping-pong, cornhole, and we especially enjoyed the fancy massage chair. I had a delicious omelette I prepared with the eggs from the chickens they had on site, what a treat. If you like wine, the two wineries that are close by, both within walking distance, were fantastic. I drove a short distance from the house to do the river walk at a beautiful nature preserve. I highly recommend it. We’ll be going back.

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed. The property was even more beautiful than the pictures, the view was amazing and Michael was a perfect host. The casita was very cozy and comfortable and we pretty much had total privacy the entire time. Cant wait to visit again.
