This luxury retreat has been fully remodeled with all new flooring, appliances, amenities and brand new heating & air conditioning throughout.
With a very private and quiet backyard - you can read a book, relax or play a game of croquette on the lawn and enjoy our Fallbrook sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with new high-end appliances with a large center island that you can pull up a stool and have your morning coffee. 2 sets of sliding doors open onto the patio ready for al-fresco dining underneath the market lights.
All of the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with new luxury linens.
The Master Suite features all new luxury California King bed and a master bath completely remodeled with custom double vanity.
Bedroom #2 with a deluxe king pillow top bed.
Bedroom #3 with a deluxe queen pillow top bed and an extra long deluxe twin bed.
Bathroom #2 is a full hall bath with all new luxury amenities.
Excellent neighborhood for walking and many hiking trails throughout the area.
Fallbrook weather is pretty excellent year round, making outdoor activities delightful.
We have 2 beautiful golf courses just minutes from our front door, a thriving vintage barn shopping community, many hiking trails to explore and conveniently located to numerous wineries and a few Indian Reservation Casinos.
No pets are permitted on this property.
