Featuring an expansive pool, a Swedish sauna, and an 8-person hot tub, and Private Pickle Ball court

4 Main bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
5th bedroom is a separate Casita. Large kitchen with Wolf Range and Sub Zero Fridge. Beautiful Courtyard and uncovered pool Area. We offer an 8-person hot tub and a Swedish sauna to enjoy!

You will have sole access to the home and pool.

Available via text or phone in case problems arise. On site manager in separate home on property.

This Secluded Gated home is close to many of what makes Southern California so great. U Pick Strawberry farms and avocado groves. Beaches within 30 minutes.

25 minutes from Ocean Side Beach, Close to San Diego Safari, Legoland. Minutes away from Temecula Wine Country. Close to Golf Courses and many local shops and shopping experiences.

The pool is not heated Nov 1- march 30th.

We have a propane heater and it is not economical to run the heater in the cold months. It costs 4.00 per gallon and takes 4-6 gallons per hour to heat the pool to 85*.

If you would like to pay the cost to heat the pool we can discuss a 200.00 per day heating fee during those months.

April 1- October 31 there is a 100.00 per day fee to heat the pool. Pool heating is not mandatory. We have a hot tub that is free to use all year round. Thanks for understanding
Please no sleeping on the furniture other than the beds. We do not allow couch sleeping. If you are not going to be sharing beds, please plan accordingly. We welcome you to bring in an air mattress if necessary.

We have a no event/ no party/ no unregistered guest policy. Including any day visitors. Our maximum occupancy is 10. Including adults and children. All vehicles must be parked within the gate.

On site property manager lives in back acreage and will be available if an issue arises.

Please do not drive in the grove.

Please keep all noise within the property line at all times. We are 90 yards from our nearest neighbor and out of respect for them and our neighborhood please keep to these guidelines. No loud music, especially off the back patio and pool area. We live in a canyon! Noise travels in all directions. Please respect our neighbors and neighborhood by keeping the noise down.

No parking outside of the gate

No smoking/vaping in the house or around the pool area.

Small/medium dogs are welcome with preauthorization. Clean up after your dogs.

Do not pick the Avocados. We are a working farm, we harvest and use them for additional income.

75.00 per night to heat the pool

Quiet hours between 10 Pm-7 Am
There is no pool or hot tub use after this time. All guests must go in at this time.

Our family of 9 (7 adults, 2 years and under) stayed at Via Viento for our son’s wedding, which was held at Grand Traditions.The property is lovely. Gorgeous setting and views, spacious and comfortable home, so many amenities - the pickle ball court, giant chess set, hot tub, pool… very peaceful.Everything you can think of for cooking and dining - very well-stocked kitchen. Curtis and Katrina were so helpful and quick to respond to questions - could not ask for more gracious hosts.Downtown Fallbrook is a short drive; great pizza place, Pala Mesa Pizza, was 5 minutes away. Would stay here again in a heartbeat; the only downside I can think of is that we were so busy with the wedding and there for just the weekend, time flew by. Would have loved to have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

This is an immaculately maintained house with stunning views over the nearby hills and valleys. Having a pool, hot tub, pickleball court and sauna made it feel like a 5 star resort.The hosts were awesome, very responsive and their attentiveness was fantastic. For example, we couldn’t find a bottle opener and they had one delivered the next morning!Can’t review highly enough. Great place.

This was our second Destination Thanksgiving at Via Viento and it was, once again, FABULOUS! In the 12 years we’ve been celebrating Thanksgiving away from home, this is our only return destination! That’s how wonderful is this beautiful and spacious home! Our whole family - which includes our two adult children, their spouses, our three granddaughters and my sister and brother-in-law - are all extremely happy staying at this gorgeous home! Each bedroom is spacious w/en suite baths & everyone enjoyed the comfortable beds. With five bedrooms INCLUDING a convenient casita near the pool (great for my sister and her husband to relax away from the kids!), Via Viento is the perfect home for a family gathering. The kitchen is large and equipped with TWO Wolf ovens, warming drawing, microwave and dishwasher. Plus anything one might need for cooking & entertaining. Pantries are also large and include many spices and incidentals.There’s an abundance of paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The family room and living room are also spacious with very comfortable furniture. Did I mention the SAUNA in the master bathroom?? A wonderful treat! In addition to the sauna, the hot tub and the pool, Via Viento also provides a PICKLEBALL court! We all spent several hours learning and playing pickleball! In fact, after last year’s visit, pickleball has become one of our new pastimes! If you are looking for a place to spend some quality time with close friends or family, Via Viento is the pace to go!

This home is beautifully designed and very well maintained. The courtyard patio, pool, and bbq area are so inviting. And the sunset view from the master bedroom patio across the valley is enchanting. The layout of two en suite bedrooms at both ends of the house, plus the casita, is a nice way to accommodate a family or several couples. We had the place to ourselves and really enjoyed it.

Katrina accommodated all our needs. The place is well maintained, clean, and well equipped. Scenery is breathtaking. Host was very quick respond and agreed to late check out, which was ver y helpful to us. Very highly recommend!

The property was amazing. I haven't relaxed like that since before I had kids. The rooms were all clean and comfortable. The pool was perfect especially with the outdoor kitchen. Views were spectacular. We had a number of red-tail hawks flying around at eye level. It was just like a National Geographic episode. We certainly plan on returning.

This is the second time that we rented this property. The reason why it was so good the first time. When we first came, they didn’t have the Pickleball courts. They are a wonderful addition and we had a blast playing on them in the morning, and in the evening and the lights. It’s easy to be a great property manager when things go well, but true measure is how quickly things are taken care of when you have an issue. We had a minor issue With one side of the house, not getting hot water. I called and left a message and with him five minutes I got a response. They sent a caretaker to the house immediately and the issue was resolved. Excellent excellent customer service!

This home is beautiful. We will definitely be back. The views we stunning. The house was comfortably perfect! The only thing that was missed was TVs. There is one TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms, but not the master or thecasita. There is so much to do on the property, we adjusted quickly. We are used to watching TV before bed, so i just wanted to let people know so you can take an ipad or something 😉 😀 My adult children and I absolutely loved this home!!

This is by far the best rental property that my friends and I have stayed at on one of our many excursions. The grounds were beautiful, the view was stunning, and the house was extremely clean. The Pickle Ball Court, and the heated pool were the best. Also, the Property Manager was always available, polite, and professional. We are already planning our next get together at this venue. A must stay for a beautiful and fun getaway.

This property and the owners are outstanding. They had work done on the septic before our stay, however and three of the bathrooms did not work. We had to use the remaining bathrooms in the guest rooms on the other side of the house. Unfortunately, it could not be fixed during our stay. These things can happen. The owner offered to make it right if we come back again, which we are hoping to do so. We gave 5 stars because other than the septic mishap, it was perfect and the owner did their best to fix it.

This is beautiful Spanish style house, with everything we need for 4 nights stay. The house is clean, cozy and stylish, has beautiful views, nice pool and hot tube. Also, the simplest checkout we ever had. The management is very easy to communicate with. We had amazing time here!

Amazing property, beautifully decorated with a gourmet kitchen and all the appliances needed. The bedrooms are spacious and dreamy comfortable. This property has amazing views and offers so much. We swam, played pickleball, enjoyed the hot tub and the views. Only thing I wish is that the curtains closed so we could sleep in.

The property was so beautiful. We came for a family wedding and no one wanted to leave. The rooms included very nice bathrooms and a living area perfect for lounging around with family from out of state. The kitchen was big enough so that a few of our “cooks” could get the job done. The property manager was very prompt with returning texts.

What an incredible place for a group getaway! There were 8 adult women in the house and there was plenty of room. We loved the property so much we didn’t even want to leave. We felt like kids again playing music and swimming in the pool. In the evening we watched the sunset in the hot tub. Everything was clean and well cared for, we will absolutely stay here again!

My extended family has stayed at this amazing home 3 times. It just gets better and better! It's such a unique get-away. There are 4 bedrooms within the home and then a 5th bedroom in the detached casita which is literally 3 feet from the house. The home has everything you could imagine for an amazing vacation. The pool is perfect, the views over the hills are breathtaking, & the hot tub at night is perfect for sunsets. The new pickle ball court is the cherry on top. The home is situated in a beautuful avocado grove. Everything is top of the line within the home - it's a cooks paradise. I could go on and on - you won't be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Via Viento! The property is gorgeous, well-maintained and the valley views were stunning. Very private with lots of space to spread out and relax. The pool, spa and pickle ball court (we are now hooked!) really made it feel like a resort and kept the entire family engaged. Great communication and responsiveness with the property manager. We hope to be back!

Overall it was a plus. We had some really bad weather (cold rain SNOW) but the wedding went well still. The heat in the Master bath didn’t work so they brought in new space heaters but it was still cold in the bathroom. They said they would give a discount on our next stay but we will not be back to that area again most likely. When asked if we could get a discount for the inconvenience this time we were told manager would check with owner but never responded again after a few attempts. (ghosted). It would be a nice place if the weather had been nicer. Hot tub was cloudy and pool area and pickle ball courts were covered in debris from the bad weather. Give it a solid B overall.

I cannot say enough praise for the beautiful property. My son got married at a nearby wedding venue so this house was perfect to accommodate some visiting family. Everyone got their own bathroom and huge closet. We went swimming and hot tubbing and just generally enjoyed this exquisite huge home. Every possible accommodation to make your stay pleasant has been taken care of and when we couldn’t figure out how to get out of the main front electric gate on foot, the property manager immediately texted me back with the answer. Would recommend this place without any hesitation.
