Tucked on a quiet street just inside the Greenwood gate, this updated 3-bedroom home is the calm side of Sea Pines — and still an easy walk to groceries, restaurants, shops, and the movie theater. The open living and dining area spills onto a walk-out deck and screened porch, where most of the day tends to happen. Beach chairs, towels, and a beach cart are already here, so you don't have to pack them. Sleeps 8 with the bonus room. Coligny Beach is a two-mile bike ride down the leisure trail.



The Space:

The first thing people notice is the street. It's quiet — the kind of quiet where you hear birds instead of golf carts — and yet you can walk to the grocery store, grab dinner, or catch a movie without getting back in the car. That combination is rarer in Sea Pines than you'd think.



THE LAYOUT

Everything is on one level, about seven steps up to the front door. The living and dining rooms open to each other and look out over the backyard, so the group can spread out without anyone getting stuck in a corner.



WHERE EVERYONE SLEEPS



Main bedroom: king, at the back of the house, with an ensuite walk-in shower and sliding doors straight out to the deck

Second bedroom: king, with a dedicated desk if you have to sneak in a little work

Third bedroom: queen, next to the guest bath with a tub/shower combo

Bonus room: twin daybed, plus an extra twin available on request — that's how we get to eight



KITCHEN & LAUNDRY

The galley kitchen has upgraded appliances, stone countertops, and a seating area that somehow becomes where everyone stands around in the morning. Full-size washer and dryer in the laundry room.



OUTSIDE

The screened porch off the deck is the best seat in the house — coffee in the morning, cards at night, no bugs either way. There's a gas grill on the deck and we keep the propane filled at no charge. The backyard is big enough for corn hole, badminton, croquet, and a loose game of volleyball if your group gets competitive.

GETTING AROUND

The Sea Pines leisure trail network picks up right nearby. Coligny Beach and the Harbour Town Lighthouse are each about a two-mile ride. Four golf courses sit within five minutes: Harbour Town Golf Links, Atlantic Dunes, and Heron Point here in Sea Pines, plus 36 holes at Shipyard.
