4 Canvasback is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom Sea Pines Hilton Head Island home located on the beach path, just a 5-minute walk from the Atlantic Ocean, with a private pool! Located just inside the ocean gate of Sea Pines, this home offers two living areas, multiple decks with plenty of seating for outdoor dining, an open-concept floor plan, and a Lowcountry outdoor lifestyle.
The home's main living area is located on the second level, featuring reclaimed wood flooring, a stylish and comfortably furnished living area with a smart flat-screen TV, a wet bar, and a dining table that seats eight. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ample space to prepare and cook meals for your guests, with additional seating at the kitchen island.
Two bedrooms are located on the main level of the home. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and access to a balcony with two Adirondack chairs. The private en-suite features an oversized dual vanity, a soaking tu,b and a walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The lower level of the home has a second living area with comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a smart flat-screen TV. The pool area can be accessed through sliding doors on one side and access to the beach path on the other. The 3rd guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a smart flat-screen TV, and shared access to the 3rd bathroom, which can also be accessed from the hall.

We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in the Sea Pines neighborhood of Hilton Head. We were a family of four with two teens, and my husband's parents stayed with us two nights as well. We found the home very charming and loved the decor. The layout is great for everyone to have space with two en-suite bedrooms upstairs (very large primary bedroom!) along with the main living space, with desk for working, and a bedroom, bathroom, and second family room downstairs. All beds were super comfortable. The beach is a short and easy 5-min (or less!) walk down a path behind the house, making it very easy to come and go throughout the day, literally from your own backyard. The pool is perfect for hanging out and cooling off. We loved the location just inside the Sea Pines gate which was convenient for everything. We rented bikes and had a super fun time riding on the paths to different areas of the island. Bikes with baskets would be a good idea as well. There are a few starter items like detergent and dishwasher soap as well as toiletries in the bathrooms. For a week you may need more. We found the kitchen well organized and equipped for all our needs. There is just salt and pepper so renters need to bring or buy any cooking condiments or spices you might like to use. Check-in and check-out was very easy and all communication about the rental was timely and professional. Overall we loved our time at this charming, spacious, and well-located home. We would love to come back again! Thank you!
