The apartment features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, distributed across a practical and well-organized interior layout. The living and dining area is furnished with practical furnishings and includes an open-hearth fireplace, which serves a purely decorative purpose, as well as a television and a fan. From this space, you have direct access to a small balcony equipped with outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing outdoors. The first bedroom is a double room furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm. The second is a smaller room, without a wardrobe, fitted with 1 set of bunk beds accommodating 2 guests. The kitchen area is configured as a kitchenette and includes 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC.
